Life can often feel challenging and even overwhelming at times. The therapeutic relationship between therapist and client, once formed is a safe, warm, non judgmental space that will allow you the client to explore your worries and make sense of your feelings.
About me and my practice
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and have worked in private practice for the past 7 years. I support clients with an array of issues and my specialism is bereavement therapy.
I understand that coming to therapy for the first time may be a huge step which could be anxiety inducing. This doesn't have to be the case and I believe that by using a person centred approach and with the right relationship, time, space and support therapy can be life changing.
Experience
I have worked within my own private practice for the last 7 years, before that I worked in a secondary school supporting young people. I have worked for Cruse bereavement care as a bereavement therapist and also for Mind as a listener on their mental health helpline.
I offer both face to face and online sessions.
I am also a clinical supervisor and supervise and support fellow therapists.
